We help our customers to look at site location, size, topography, zoning, traffic conditions and climate to make sure the plot is a great base for the future design.

/ SWOT

A good analysis includes a full brief of each point: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats as well as a clear results display. This help us complete the plot selection process.

/ Strategy

We set the goals, create the strategy and tactic. By learning about our client, his business and particular intent we use our methodology to prepare the design framework for the future concept.
